Rebecca's desire is to be there every step of the way to help each individual, couple, and family create positive changes while building strong and healthy relationships.
Counseling is a collaborative effort between therapist and client(s). Rebecca seeks to provide an environment filled with support, guidance, and grace to facilitate and promote healing and peace.
Rebecca earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Dana College and two master’s degrees: one in clinical social work and one in public administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed mental health provider in the state of Nebraska. She has also earned an advanced graduate certificate in family systems and intervention strategies.
Her extensive experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families during times of need and bringing a strength perspective to therapeutic relationships. One of her goals is to peel away the layers that exist in order to help clients have the life they want.
Hanah Nothnagel, LCSW, LMHP
Hanah's aspiration is to assist all individuals and families through their journey of life and promote overall healing and growth. This in turn will positively impact the client’s life in every aspect. To accomplish this, a positive and supportive therapeutic relationship is created between herself and her clients.
Hanah earned her Bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Her work experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families in many different settings and bringing a holistic point of view to the therapeutic environment. One of her goals is to enhance the strengths of all her clients to create a more harmonious life for clients and their families.
Sandra Gray, LMHP
Sandra's aspirations are to help all individuals and families through their issues in order to get to a place of peace, restoration, contentment, healing and success. She strives to create a comfortable, open, and therapeutic environment to best equip each individual for their life journey.
She earner her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Masters degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Her work experience includes working with youth, teens, and adults in several different settings and bringing encouragement into the therapeutic environment. One of her goals is to walk along side those in need and help identify healthy and effective coping skills for life stressors.
Wendy Shifflet, PCMSW, PLMHP
Wendy’s aspiration is to meet individuals where they are at in their journey toward personal growth and healing. Through a collaborative process, she hopes to empower individuals to utilize their strengths to face, cope with, and tackle challenges in life. Her belief is that difficult life experiences do not need to hold individuals back from achieving their hopes and dreams, instead these experiences can help propel a person toward a rich and meaningful life.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chadron State College in 2001 and her Master’s of Social Work degree from Walden University in May 2018. She completed her practicum at Unified Therapy Clinic where she gained valuable clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families, and the surrounding communities.
Her career spans 17 years of advocacy work with children, adults, and the elderly in rural Nebraska. Originally from western Nebraska, she now resides in Cambridge with her family.
Halie Nosal, LMT
Halie believes "a body at peace, makes peace." She became a massage therapist because she believes that fixing one problem leads to a chain reaction improving other problems. Fix the physical pain and significant change will occur emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well.
Halie received her training from Colby Community College Massage Therapy Program, Mid-Plains Community College andHealing Arts Connection Continuing Education Center where she received training in oncology massage.
Halie's experience includes working with clients of all ages through physical betterment and promoting relaxation experiences. Her goal is to spread joy and the good news through making someone feel revived and rejuvenated.
Melanie Alberts, Cosmetologist
Melanie “Mel” has a passion for putting smiles on the faces of her clients. Getting to know her customers and their needs is one of her goals. Each client is special to Melanie and she loves to have the opportunity to pamper each one!
She studied Cosmetology at the McCook Beauty Academy and is a fully licensed cosmetologist with skill in all facets of the business including nails, pedicures, facials, and much more.
Melanie was raised in McCook and feels blessed to be here to serve our area, with over 12 years of experience in the professional cosmetology field.
Jennifer Eschliman, Office Manager & Hospitality Guru
Jennifer's heart has always laid in service to others. She warmly welcomes each patient and client with a warm smile, open heart and nonjudgmental spirit. Her servants heart aligns with Unified's vision and mission. She has many years of experience in personal care; including the young and the elderly, with 15 years as an in-home child care provider and 4 years in certified in-home health care for seniors. Jennifer also has many years in the customer service industry.
Her goal is to make everyone feel valued and welcomed as they bravely seek help and care from our providers.
Tami Darling, Reception
Tami’s desire has always been aimed towards doing what is right and serving those in need. Her values and gracious heart have made her always strive to do what is right. She believes God brought her into the Unified Therapy family to help others Tami wants everyone to feel welcome, relaxed and valued each time they visit.
Tami comes to us with over 20 years experience in customer service. She was born and raised in McCook. she has been married to her husband for 35 years. They have two children and three grandchildren, who live in Denver.
